Mrs. Randle, as a former federal employee of more than 30 years, has a sincere passion for mediating educating, advocating, and litigating on behalf of employees. She is deeply devoted to educating workers about and enforcing the civil, human, employee and workplace rights of federal employees. She has won hundreds of millions of dollars in back pay and compensation for complainants she represented.
